I get this message quite often from my system

I keep getting this message and dialog box all of the time from my system:
CTLoader Error
Toolbar has not been tested on this version.
Toolbar bundle will be loaded. The only option is an “OK” button.
Can anyone explain what this means and why I am getting this? It is random and there is no “consistent” trigger.

Did you install Vuze?
Try deleting the CTLoader Toolbar in the Folder
/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader

Google "CTLoader Error" and you'll find more than you ever wanted to know
about it. Most of it concerning Vuze.
