These sites keep collections of TidBITS issues in Web format, and - depending on the state of the Internet and your physical location - you may find one of them more convenient than the Seattle site you are visiting now.

Asia (out of date) - University of Hong Kong; thanks to the Social Sciences Research Centre for hosting this mirror.

Australia (out of date) - Sensei site.

United States - Pennsylvania State University.

To learn about hosting a mirror site, contact Adam Engst at ace@tidbits.com. To host a site, you'll need about 20 MB of disk space, although you can reduce that amount by keeping only the English language versions. You must retrieve updates once per week in order to stay up-to-date.
